Paperless coat check app based on Tagami system, offering speed, security, and style.
No paper tags or tickets. Coats, bags, and other items are linked to a phone number — fast and digital. Even if a client’s phone isn’t available later, their items can still be easily located without stress or delays. It’s a smooth, modern process that makes things easier for everyone.
Every item is pictured at check-in to help avoid any mix-ups. A client photo can be added on request for extra security — or skipped entirely. An attendant’s photo may also be included to keep track of who accepted the item, if that’s part of the venue’s process.
Getting an SMS with item details right after check-in is the easiest and fastest way — it goes straight to the number the guest provides. But if someone prefers not to share their phone, they can simply set a 4-digit PIN instead. Works just as well, no pressure. Read about SMS consent here.

How do guests give consent to receive SMS messages?
At the venue, guests enter their phone number on an iPad located at the coat check desk. The screen clearly displays the following message:
“By entering your phone number, you agree to receive SMS updates about your coat check. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe.”
This is the only method of opt-in. Phone numbers are never uploaded manually by managers or admins. There is a 4-digit PIN option for guests who don't want to use their phone number.

The plan is to launch the system in the App Store, Google Play, and RuStore with paid access.
💡 All venues and businesses participating in the testing phase will receive lifetime free access to the system.

The system was originally designed to work seamlessly across different countries — from the U.S. to Europe and Japan. Even the name reflects this: Tagami comes from the word ‘tag’, which is widely recognized across many languages, not just English. The suffix “-ami” was added as a nod to friendship and care — from the French word ami, meaning “friend.”
The link to Asia — and Japan in particular — comes from the fact that 田神 (Tagami) is also a traditional Japanese term meaning ‘God of the rice field’ — a guardian of harvest, order, and abundance. This spirit perfectly captures what Tagami stands for: care, structure, and daily support in helping people manage what matters.
The system simplifies staff workflows, speeds up check-ins and returns without paper or manual logs, and supports payments via terminal or phone. It runs on any laptop or tablet, and customers see your service as modern and trustworthy.
All details — orders, payments, photos of items and responsible parties, tips, and shift data — are logged automatically when the order is created.
