PIN-Based Access for Staff

Staff PIN Login Tagami

Tagami uses a simple but secure PIN system to allow coat check staff to access the system. Each coat check room has its own unique 4-digit PIN — no usernames or complicated passwords required.

Room-Level PINs

Every room in Tagami is protected by its own individual PIN code. This means:

Staff simply enter the PIN on the tablet or terminal — and they're ready to start the shift.

Managed by Venue Admin

The manager or venue owner assigns and updates each room’s PIN in the admin panel. If someone forgets the code or there’s a staffing change, it takes just seconds to reset the PIN.

This system is ideal for hospitality environments with high staff turnover or flexible scheduling.

Operational Benefits

Using room-based PIN access helps streamline operations:

For example, if a coat check attendant opens a shift using PIN 1234 (assigned to the VIP room), all transactions, revenue, and returns will be automatically linked to that room and shift — no extra steps needed.

Designed for Real-World Use

Tagami’s PIN system has been field-tested in high-volume New York City venues, where managers need to move fast and staff changes happen daily. It offers a smart balance between security and ease of use.

Want tighter control? You can update your PINs weekly or even per event. Want less friction? Set a single PIN per season — it’s up to you.

Whatever your workflow, Tagami gives you full control without unnecessary complexity.
