PIN-Based Access for Staff
Tagami uses a simple but secure PIN system to allow coat check staff to access the system. Each coat check room has its own unique 4-digit PIN — no usernames or complicated passwords required.
Room-Level PINs
Every room in Tagami is protected by its own individual PIN code. This means:
- Staff working in Room A can’t access Room B unless authorized
- Each shift is linked to a specific room and PIN entry
- Managers can control access without needing to manage full user accounts
Staff simply enter the PIN on the tablet or terminal — and they're ready to start the shift.
Managed by Venue Admin
The manager or venue owner assigns and updates each room’s PIN in the admin panel. If someone forgets the code or there’s a staffing change, it takes just seconds to reset the PIN.
