Real-Time Statistics per Room and Shift
Every coat room in Tagami has its own live stats panel. These numbers are updated in real time and shown directly to staff during an active shift.
Displayed Metrics
If a shift is active, staff will see:- Total Orders: All active orders in the room
- Total Tags: Number of tags currently checked in
- Orders This Shift: Orders started since the shift began
- Tags This Shift: Tags added during the current shift
- Last Return: Time since the last full order return
- Last Check-in: Time since the last new order
- Tips This Shift: Accumulated tips during the shift
- Revenue This Shift: Total tag revenue for the shift
If no shift is running, the panel clearly says: "Shift is not active".
How Staff Use This
These metrics give venue employees full visibility into what’s happening right now — without the need for separate dashboards, manager reports, or back-office systems.
For example:
- 🕒 If “Last Check-in” says 24 min ago — the line may have slowed down, or check-in is being missed
- 🎯 If Tips This Shift = 0 — it may be time to adjust messaging at checkout or remind staff to promote tipping
- 📊 If Total Tags is climbing rapidly — it's a sign to prepare more racks or coordinate returns in advance
Even junior staff can instantly tell how the shift is progressing — no training or admin access required.
Why These Metrics?
This exact stats block was designed and refined over six months of testing in real venues across Manhattan — from high-traffic clubs to casual lounges. We tested multiple combinations of indicators and UI formats, then simplified the display to only the most useful, real-world metrics for front-line use.
The result is a live control panel that actually gets used — not just stored in a hidden analytics menu.
