Tag Input via QR Code, NFC, or Manual Entry

QR, NFC, and Manual Hanger Input Illustration

With Tagami, adding tags (or "hangers") to an order is fast, flexible, and intuitive. Staff can scan physical QR codes, tap NFC tags, or enter numbers manually — all within a seamless touchscreen interface optimized for tablets.

Supported Input Methods

Each tag added is shown as a card with its number and optional photo (taken at the moment of tagging).

Smart Duplicate Protection

Tagami automatically checks whether a tag has already been used during the current shift. If a duplicate is detected, a warning is shown and the tag is rejected to prevent order conflicts.

Photo Capture Support

Photos are securely saved and tied to the order ID. Temporary photos are automatically cleaned up in the background if an order is abandoned.

Automatic Price Calculation

The system calculates total order cost based on the number of tags and the price per item defined in the admin panel. Currency and pricing are unique per coat room.

Designed for Speed & Usability

The interface is designed for use in loud, fast-paced venues — minimal input, maximum clarity.

Offline-Resilient & Auto-Save

If the page is accidentally closed or refreshed, recently entered items are saved locally. When reopened, the operator can resume without data loss.

Want to Add NFC Support?

Tagami supports writing NFC tag values (e.g. “001”, “002”, etc.) via Android devices or supported USB/Bluetooth readers. If you'd like to order pre-coded NFC tags or enable advanced hardware — talk to your Tagami representative.
